What will you do:
- Contacting with customers via email/ phone
- Resolving customer queries
- Supporting O2C Team in daily activities
- Cooperation between O2C teams
- Analyzing overdue invoices
- Preparing the reports, analysis, and presentations
- Processing of sales orders
- Taking part in process improvement projects
- Working on a project together with other team members
- Student (preferred fields of Finance and Accounting, Economy, Philology or similar)
- Availability to work min 20 hours per week
- Fluent English
- Very good (min. B2) German
- Availability to work fulll time after the internship will be an asse
- Fast learner
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in an international team
