Job Description:
- Administrative support of the recruitment processes
- Input and update data in HR systems
- Ensure proper documents process flow
- Supporting experienced recruiters in daily activities
- Sourcing & social media activities
- Participating in team initiatives and job fairs
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Very good command of English
- Responsibility and self-reliance in action
- Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
- Openness, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience on similar position or recruitment agency
- Interest in BPO/ SCC profiles would be an asset
- Knowledge of Taleo
- Civil contract - 40h/week
