Internal Controls and Process Improvements Analyst

Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal controls, internal audit functions or external audit
- Very good command of English – written and oral
- Higher education in accounting/finance and/or proven experience in these areas
- Very good communication skills, aptitude for problem solving and team work skills
- Testing experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries
- Strong analytical skills, paying attention to details, prioritization and organizing skills
- Good training skills
- Higher education in accounting/finance and/or proven experience in these areas
- Very good MS Excel skills to perform data validation, queries, reformatting and analysis
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sound and effective internal controls are in place across EMEA region
- Ensuring local and regional compliance with Corporate Policies and procedures
- Playing an effective coordinating role between Internal Audit and Business areas
- Ensuring controls and processes are in line with Corporate and EMEA SOX requirements
- Preparation and delivery of the trainings in related areas
- Conducting / facilitating business process design workshops and trainings
- Driving process optimization and standardization across EMEA
- Initiating and project managing continuous Process Improvement initiatives
- Supporting and project managing FOSC Migration Plans under the direction of EMEA and FOSC Controllership
