Requirements:
- University Degree (preferably: Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or IT)
- Min. 2 year of professional experience on similar position
- Strong technical knowledge to drive automation
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel or MS Access (VBA)
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of SharePoint Designer will be an asset
- Knowhow of SAP ERP R/3 CO, PS modules and SAP Business Warehouse will be an asset
- Good command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
- Deliver automation projects created in technologies used by the company (mostly using MS Office, VBA, SQL, SharePoint: HTML, JavaScript, Nintex)
- Deliver automation projects related to SAP ERP systems ( SAP / GuiXT, SAP Scripting)
- Contacts directly with customers, data providers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal
- Collects and documents requirements from customers necessary for providing automation project
- Implements customer requested changes
- Creates and updates manuals / documentation on a daily basis
- Leading & driving efficiency, improvements and automations across the company departments
- Technical support in terms of writing scripts/macros, building solutions, customizing of SharePoint sites etc.
- Specialist is also expected to act as an expert towards customers advising them about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes/work
- Responsibility for ensuring high quality result and compliance with internal guidelines
- Conducts workshops and trainings for the company employees in areas referring to provided automation solutions and technologies used for its production (as needed)
- Back-up Team Coordinators/Leaders and manage work distribution with-in the team (as needed)
- Check for new automation opportunities within the organization
- Check for new technologies that can be used for process automations/improvements
