Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating communication between the Client’s HQ and country representatives mostly across EMEA markets
- Coordinating and negotiating approvals from the Client for local digital initiatives
- For central requests based on the same approach for multiple markets – IC will need to ensure there is no compliance issue from copyrights perspective (compliance check and copyright management)
- Monitoring and post implementation review of central requests on local markets in terms of consistency against original request from the Client
- Gathering information from the Client on the decisions with regards to the changes required to i.e. online advertising, passing them to the defined countries and monitoring their implementation
- Coordinating roll-outs of digital projects simultaneously across many markets
- Handling local digital activities related requests from Client’s representatives on local markets across EMEA
- Coordination of communication and cooperation with Client’s creative agencies and media house
- Gathering input across markets for Client’s reporting
- Creative assets management
- Ensuring Client’s central strategy and guidelines are followed by the local markets across EMEA
- At least 2-4 years in the field of Digital Content management in a brand facing role
- Deep understanding and experience with managing digital asset creation and impact on consumer experience for brands
- Strong experience with providing content recommendations for improving consumer experience for the brand online
- Excellent project management and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English, Italian or any other language capability is a plus
- Use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Deep experience in UX, IA and digital asset management
- Understanding of graphic editing software (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Fireworks)
- Working experience with content & public facing web content management on SharePoint
- General Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Joomla, TeamSite, Vignette etc.).
- BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, Business or Creative/Arts related)
- Certification in Digital Marketing desired
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
