Our Global management trainee program, called ’METRO Potentials‘ has been designed to help develop a pipeline of future leaders for our organisation and provide a high-quality environment for the development of talents.
We are looking for absolvents who:
- recently graduated with a master’s degree
- have maximum three years of work experience
- have fluent written and spoken English and Polish
- are self-driven and ambitious
- have strong communication skills and leadership potential
- are ready to work abroad
