Job description
The responsibilities of an International Mobility Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Management of the whole assignment cycle for every level, ie:
- Advice, assistance and support of expatriates, managers and HR colleagues in the field of international mobility
- Check and implement employment, social insurance, tax and legal contracts and conditions
- Cooperation with internal business partners and external vendors (tax advisors, payroll, immigration, authorities, etc.)
- Manage and advise on HR/ Regulatory issues for international hires/ local contracts to assure compliance.
- Ensure consistency and continuity of the international mobility services.
- Perfect execution of business processes and efficient work
- Ensuring compliance with the service and quality standards as well as relevant legislation and its implementation
Requirements
- Previous, min 1 year of experience in working within the field related to international assignments would be a strong asset
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Computer proficiency
- Thirst for knowledge and self-development
- Very good written and spoken French
