Delivering exceptional customer service to our customer accounts based in Europe involving the following key duties and expectations of the position:
- Developing understanding of A to Z order management– overseeing complete order execution
- Building comprehension and familiarity with product portfolio and IP offering
- Getting knowledge and experience in executing the customer service level to the established performance criteria – quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Building understanding of account specifics and individual business requirements
- Learning and working in a team environment
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Good command of Spanish would be an additional asset
- Great communication skills and phone etiquette
- Great written communication
- Ability to process data accurately and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
