Internship in IT Customer Service Support

The Apprentice in IT Customer Service Support is responsible for supporting customers in access and technical issues and provides professional assistance.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Being a competent support regarding various applications, mainly from P2P and procurement area
- Being open to changes in support range (diving deeper into specific applications)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicating and building a good relationship with our customers
- Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
- Cooperating with colleagues from team and other departments in order to provide the best service
- All other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements:
- Your English is at min. B2 level, German - good to have
- You are available 30 hours per week
- You are ready to be a part of our great Customer Support team in Lufthansa
- You are keen to learn new things
- You have proactive, solution-oriented mindset and pay attention to details
- You are able to work in the team as well as independent
- You already know SAP or are willing to learn
