Your role
Do you enjoy challenges and open-minded work style? Are you creative and well organized? We're looking for someone to:
- support the automation of PMO processes
- participate in planning, delivery and control of projects or programs
- become familiar with some aspects of the project e.g. reporting, delivery, tracking of RAIDs and milestones, resource forecasts, project administration that will include financial and progress reporting together
- become a part of a continuous improvement in project/program management office
- develop strong relationships with all project/program stakeholders
- organize and host progress meetings
Your team
You’ll be working in the Program and Project Management team within Security IT area, located in Wroclaw, Dominikanski Office. We are a part of a global team and we provide services like reporting, project administration and communication between project, program and portfolio teams. You will have the chance to be a part of the PMO Team for large portfolios in UBS. This internship at PMO Team may be a potential stepping stone to project management in the future.
Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on 30-40 hour week.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- student status or university degree
- excellent verbal, written English
- advance knowledge of MS Excel (VBA), SQL and MS PowerPoint

- eager to learn and to solve complex problems
- willing to learn tools that will be used to perform Process Automation
