Internship/Corporate Finance
- Mergers and acquisitions (e.g. Takeovers, Acquisitions, Disposals, Private Placements and Privatisations),
- Valuations and Modelling (e.g. Pricing Analysis, Fairness Opinions, Valuations for accounting, tax and statutory purposes Financial Model development and review),
- Financing and Infrastructure.

- Excellent analytical skills,
- Fluency in Polish and English,
