For our Client, internationally recognized company from pharmaceutical industry, that establishes a new Centre of Excellence in Cracow, we are currently looking for Transactional Procurement Specialist.
In Transactional Procurement team you will be responsible for delivery of day to day Procurement operations related to transactions/purchase (buy) of goods and support for requestors. On this position, you will be responsible for raising and facilitating the purchase order process, ensuring the use of approved suppliers, resolving invoice price & quantity discrepancies (SAP) and f following up on deliveries, order closing. . You will be accountable for day to day contact with suppliers to ensure requestor requirements are being met and creating reports.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate experience in Accounts Payable or Transactional Procurement environment, as well as fluent English. Very good knowledge of second foreign language: German or Danish will be an advantage. Attention to details and deadline, ability to operate in a team with high efficiency are essential to be successful on this position.
