We are seeking for a talented professional for a position of Investment Manager.

For our Client - commercial developer - we are seeking for a talented candidate for a position of Investment Manager CE.

Opis stanowiska

• Provide support to the Investment Director with regard to acquisitions, disposals, valuation and asset planning processes
• Provide investment support to the Central Europe team
• Provide support in preparing the asset plans, and setting strategy for the CE capital recycling programme
• Assist in the CE portfolio biannual valuation and analysis
• Managing the valuation process and providing accurate analysis within the valuation timetable deadlines
• Establish and research leads for opportunities including individual properties and portfolios within region, property swaps, corporate purchases, joint ventures, occupier sale and lease backs
• Execute acquisition due diligence
• Overseeing any post sale action by advisors and others

Profil kandydata

• Master Degree in Property or Finance
• Investment brokerage / agency / property company experience
• A deepunderstanding of the investmentpropertyacquisition and disposalsprocess
• Strong negotiation skills
• Very good English
• Driving license
• Willing to travel
