The Bank is currently seeking a candidate that can be the Subject Matter Expert for IPTV, with a good background in Unified Communications, primarily video. They will be responsible for upgrading the TriplePlay IPTV platforms across Credit Suisse. This work will be carried out in conjunction with local support from both Credit Suisse and external vendors.
The individual works largely independently, however will have regular contact with engineering and operations peers within the Video Service and Collaboration as a whole.
Team: This work will be carried out in conjunction with support from both Credit Suisse and external vendors. The role is within the Video team, which is responsible for room based video conferencing, webcasting and IPTV and is distributed across the globe.
Reviewing current infrastructure and assessing the best replacement
Ensuring all pre-requisites have been met
Co-coordinating the refresh of the system with local site contacts
Checkout of systems remotely once the work is complete
Ensuring central management tools are updated to reflect the upgrade
- IPTV, ideally TriplePlay but other vendors considered, Digital Signage, Cisco, Webex
- Unified Communications from Cisco and Microsoft, and their interop
