IT Analyst- 1st Line Support- French B2/C1 required

Our Client is global banking center located in Cracow.Currently we are looking for IT Analyst- 1^st Line Support with French.

While working at this role, you will be responsible for day to day users support in operation issues. You will be responsible for solving users problems, creating tickets and transmitting them to 2^nd line Support representatives. Your role will be to deliver high levels of customer service at all times and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We are looking for detail oriented, communicative Candidates with Polish, English and French language. Previous work experience at similar role or at Client Service environment would be an asset, but is not required. We are open for fresh graduates who are interested in IT environment and speak languages. IT Knowledge is not required at all as at the beginning of work you will have intensive training.

Please be informed that the role has non-standard working hours- 2:00 p.m- 10:00 p.m.
