Job Description
- Supporting internal users in technical issues with multiple Web and Mobile based applications
- Technical resolution of incidents at 1st and 2nd line
- Ensuring logged tickets are dealt effectively and escalation to 3rd line as appropriate
- Timely progression of all incidents and requests to ensure SLA's are met
- Tracking of all incidents and escalation where appropriate
- During programming enhancements ensuring that all new codes are thoroughly tested prior to moving the new release into the production environment
- Incident Management
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar technical role
- Very good communicational level of English
- Willingness to learn and bring own impact to the team
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent would be an asset
- Available to take calls outside of normal working hours when required
