IT Architect

Responsibilites
- Architecture development / review / collaboration with customer.
- Get approval / Defense developed architectural approach from customer
- Oversee the development process
- Code reviews of the whole system
- Mentoring team members including team leads
- Setting up and developing a culture of education and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Perfect communication skills.
- Fluent english.
- Strong Java knowledge (5+ years of experience; Java core, messaging, concurency, Hibernate, SQL, etc.).
- Experience with protocols like FpML or FIX is a big plus
- Leadership qualities - lead & support by example
- Strong hands on experience in mentoring developers & QAs

You will be a part of the large Core Services-team, which is the central trade data warehouse in Capital Markets. We are retrieving, holding, and presenting trades, positions, market, and master data from 40+ systems and other sources. The warehouse is an Oracle based solution on very large databases. We work in agile and distributed environment, so effective communication and collaboration is critical to achieving our objectives. You will become a member of an empowered and strong development team, which is building the portfolio of services using Java and industry standard tools and methodologies.
