IT Asset Management Junior Specialist

Location: Kraków

Purpose

 

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of Information Technology assets lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management and disposal process. This involves providing accurate tracking and management of various IT assets across the globe.

 

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide accurate tracking and management of various active IT assets centrally for IT Corporate Groups, Business IT Groups as well as all computer users across the IP enterprise.
  • Coordination and support of well-defined processes with assigned product owners of enterprise managed hardware/software. All information will be captured in a centrally managed repository. This repository supports IP’s standards by continuously hosting all vital information to other support teams and users real-time across the enterprise.
  • Basic data scrubbing, preparation and execution for database import activity.
  • Provide entry level advice to the user base as it relates to procurement standards and processes defined within the IT Store services.
  • Basic support of reporting capabilities and needs for the supported enterprise (online and adhoc).     
  • Handle basic administrative tasks in support of tickets opened to team in support of these tools.
Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Knowledge of computer concepts across the supported environment
  • Proven technical skill knowledge. Skills related to data manipulation (basic experience with spreadsheets, databases, reports, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, presentation, and written skills for a global environment
  • Action and process oriented, high customer focus with strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • High integrity and trust
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional foreign language will be an advantage
