Job Description:
- Supports feasibility study and business cases analysis related to IT projects focused on retirement of applications
- Delivers documentation of business requirements (business concept, technical specifications) for IT applications
- Leads data migration and archiving project (plan in time, budget truck, risks escalation, status update)
- Provides state of the practice know-how on different archiving solutions and benefits/ risks of them would be an advantage
- Supports business acceptance of IT application archiving business concept and functional specifications
- Leads the communication between business and IT for project purposes
- Supports tests of data migration and functional solutions delivery in cooperation with the technical consultants and customer
Requirements:
- +1 years of experience as business analyst or similar position in an international environment
- Master degree of economics, financial, management, computer science /IT
- Understand of End-to End business processes
- Proven experience in the field of ERP systems (SAP as advantage) or other IT applications delivery.
- Experience in dealing with MS-SQL databases or other databases
- Knowledge about Data Warehouse, SharePoint - will be an advantage
- Experience in JIVS and SAP ILM solutions – will be an advantage
- Very good knowledge about MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German – will be an advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational background
- Self-assured, self-motivated, highly goal and delivery oriented with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and willing to take over responsibility
- Willing to undertake business trips within Europe (2-3 days per month)
