IT Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Overall management and completion of administrative operations
- Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
- Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Complete, consistent and reconciled Requirement work products
- Effort estimation regarding Requirement work products
- Detect the dependencies regarding the affected IT systems which are impacted in the project
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues
- Ensure that Requirements are understood by all members of the project team
- Work closely together with Engineers and Technical Architects to develop feasible and economical solutions
- Define Requirements acceptance criteria in a form that enables the testing organization to develop test assets
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven record in an Infrastructure/Technical Business Analyst role (min 3 years);
- Proven knowledge and experience in the Identity & Access management area
- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery;
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders;
- Experience in the area of IT Security and Software development background;
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience;
- Industry best practice qualifications (e.g. CBAP, IREP) are a clear advantage;
- Experience in corporate culture environments;
- Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project; despite possible changes to requirements and scope;
- Working knowledge of project/development life cycles (SDLC), working knowledge of RUP is an asset;
- E2E delivery - business stakeholders/Requirements/test support;
- Oracle SQL;
- Application Delivery.
