Currently due to the new investments in the CEE region we are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the position of IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for providing business analysis to ensure a proper collaboration with the centralized IT functions to deliver solutions for your local business.
- Gather and document the business requirements
- Provide analysis to the company to review and improve business processes
- Produce with the centralized IT functions business cases to assess potential solutions
- Provide updates showing progress against outstanding milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Work closely with the regional BA Manager and the Project Management Coordinator
- Master degree in a technical or business field
- Min. 2 year on the similar position in the international organization
- Effective communication across the business and the IT to generate and share information
- Evidence of gathering and documenting requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and good personal organization
- Knowledge of full "Project Lifecycle"
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office/Project/Visio
- Fluency in English
