Job Description
- Work along side the Senior Business Analysts in the UK and the System Managers to support the development of the new and maintenance of the existing procedures, standards and processes to form best in-group practices.
- Responsible for multiple processes or change projects within own systems area
- Responsible for analysis of changes to Group Sanctions Policy and other relevant policies, monitor any regulatory changes in order to provide recommendations of system changes and improvements to adhere to new requirements.
- Supports the execution of change projects ensuring they are successfully completed and delivered within the set project objectives.
- Works with local, regional and global stakeholders from across Services to translate business requirements into functional fit-for purpose design
- Managing Transaction Filtering Team in Poland
- Excellent knowledge of Transaction Filtering Systems
- Excellent knowledge of Transaction Filtering operational processes and Transaction Filtering System Management internal processes
- Experience in maintaining banking procedures
- Strong Communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a variety of business areas
- Ability to coordinate a divers range of initiatives
- Knowledge of IT solutions and IT delivery methods
- Understanding of testing methodologies and strategies, experience in testing processes and test scripts creation
- Understanding of system architecture
- Hands-on knowledge of project management
- Hands-on knowledge of process management, process design
- Experience in people management
