For our Client, growing financial organization located in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of IT Business Analyst.
Successful Candidate will join international team that analyses finance and accounting systems. The person will be responsible for gathering business requirements, describing the business needs and potential solution in terms that both business and technical teams can understand, analyzing current accounting processes, identify gaps in workflows, research system defects and inefficiencies, recommend and create new solutions to fill these gaps. Also, Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing test cases/scripts and support documentation for the client and internal support teams.
We are looking for Candidates who hold min. 2 years of professional experience as IT Business Analysts and good knowledge of English language. The person should have good knowledge of financial systems, SQL skills, ability to interpret business requirements to create clear and concise functional documents as well as knowledge and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, file transfer and Internet technologies. Basic programming skills would be strong advantage.
