Main objective of the IT-Business Manager/PMO is to ensure compliance with client's processes and controls.
Management of global supervisory control cycles:
- Drive compliance for all underlying activities required to meet controls and provide regular status reporting
- Educate clients in order to follow correct processes and use of Central Sharepoint
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of any issues in the specific function and engaged as necessary
- Keep accurate data, metrics on controls status
eLearning and other Compliance requirements:
- Manage e-learning and other compliance tracking to include chasing of non-compliant individuals, escalation to line managers and management status reporting
- Improve process of compliance chasing management
Time Booking Compliance:
- Manage time booking to achieve monthly compliance target
- Prepare and publish monthly status reports; drive improvements and automation where possible
- Ensure appropriate data and metrics are maintained to be able to produce monthly and YE reports
- Develop processes to document and periodically review process documentation
- Improve and maintain the department sharepoint to provide risk status information
Ad hoc risks:
- Help to improve areas of poor risk compliance
- A minimum of 4 years experience in managing business and/or risk processes involving process design and improvements,
- Driving yearly processes, issue management/action tracking, data management and status reporting;
- Global written and verbal communication/interaction with range of staff level up to managing director level,
- Leadership skills and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiating, influencing skills; assertive and persuasive
- Strong organizational, analytic and multi-tasking skills
- Passionate about adding value; flexible, approachable and enthusiastic

Strongly Preferred:
- A minimum 3 years experience of full audit lifecycle management
- Experience of developing and/or managing IT Risk Control framework and assessments, Risk KRI/KPIs, policies and standards and/or other general risk compliance experience; analyzing risk and driving compliance
- Good knowledge of project management/project admin, tracking/monitoring, status reporting, which may include direct IT Project Management experience or IT Quality Assurance experience or related qualification
Optional:
- Knowledge of external audit/regulatory requirements, risk and security standards/methodologies
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of an IT organization and the types of services and systems it delivers
- Familiarity with IT Risk and Security functions
