- Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores;
- Ensure to manage daily operations related to IT,
- Ensuring a smooth operation and therefore contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction consistent with Accor International standards and to be of service at all times to computer users of all levels including guests
- Proactively assists team in their IT related challenges.
- Helps social media coordinator to professionally accomplish tasks.
- Supports large events IT requests.
- Helping customers and colleagues is a priority skill.
- Keeps contact with owning and managing company.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software is patched and/or updated; ensures all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.
- Respects confidentiality in discussing talents and organizational matters; also maintains confidentiality of organization and personnel related information.
- To be fully aware and conversant of ACCOR policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
- University degree
- Strong IT backgroud
- Fluent Polish and English
- Min. 4 years of experience as IT Specialist/Coordinator
