In this role you will be in charge of overseeing management and Client’s relationships. Your responsibilities will be to provide the overall project delivery, keeping the eye on Client’s satisfaction as well as taking care of strategy management meaning deadlines are kept and within budget.
You will be in the position of managing Human Resources, working on recruitment processes, hiring appropriate people and finally assigning them to projects that fit best to their skills and expectations. Delivery Manager

Main Duties:
- Building long and solid partnerships with Clients and satisfy their expectations
- Taking care of end-to-end delivery processes
- Planning and estimating of delivery keeping the timeframes, quality and quantity of resources
- Preparing revenue reports and resource forecasts
- Creating criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
- Being a side responsible for suggesting new company values to the Clients
- Working on customer proposals and work statements
Resource Management tasks:
- Hiring proper people supporting new opportunities as well as filling long-standing vacancies
- Leading and control team members project tasks
- Taking care of defining skills, trainings, demonstrating knowledge management within the organization
- Managing salaries of organization members in order to gain profitability goals
- Making sure and checking if software developments processes and engineering standards are done correctly
Requirements:
- Being experienced in managing medium-to-large software delivery organization
- People management (15 +) solid experience and developing the organization
- Broad experience in leading IT project management
- Being an perfect user in Agile software development methodologies
- Having hands-on experience in software development
- Perfect leadership and communication skills
- Working previously at outsourcing environment will be big asset
- Fluent English
