IT Field Support Professional

The person employed in this role will be responsible for the daily support of IT infrastructure and IT users in local and remote locations and also preparation and running of new projects.

• Handling the user requests for computer systems and IT equipment;
• Installation, Configuration and Supervising the proper operation of IT infrastructure and equipment;
• Co-operation with all IT staff in the country and abroad;
• Local and abroad projects preparation and execution;
• IT assets management;
• Support procurement and purchase of IT equipment;
• Conscientious and timely execution of assigned tasks;
• Completion and verification of the IT documentation;

• University or higher education degree in IT or comparable experience;
• 2+ years of relevant technical work experience;
• 2+ years of implementation and delivery services;
• Experience in maintaining a computer environment (computers, printers, servers, networks);
• Knowledge of computer networks;
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills;
• Ability to provide assistance to users;
• Ability to handle multiple complex problems;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Independence, operability and organizational ability;
• Self-driven, well motivated and open-minded;
• Knowledge of Cisco / HP network appliances and their configuration is a plus
• Possibility to travel on short distance (couple times a month) and long distance (couple times a year).
• Driving license.
• Languages: Polish and English (fluent).
