Currently we are looking for candidates for the position:
IT Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first line support to end users for hardware and application issues.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to LAN/WAN, MS Office, Windows OS 7/10, VPN, Active Directory.
- Setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, support and administration of Microsoft Windows based workstations. Includes administration of Microsoft Active Directory domains, MS cloud services (Exchange, Office 365, OneDrive).
- Local area network & IP telephony.
- Antivirus software and patch management.
- IT security aspects and audits.
- Continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year experience on similar position
- High School diploma, working knowledge of spoken and written English
- PC's proficiency and familiarity with various software packages on Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, knowledge of LAN and IP telephony.
- Good organizational skills, self-motivated, customer-oriented, goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in international team.
