On behalf of our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of IT Helpdesk with French.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for support for internal users within operations, accessibility and usability of IT systems, dealing with phone, e-mail or web requests from IT infrastructure users within the whole company. You will also help internal employees with utilization of IT tools. Your work will be independent and you will take part in resolving reported problems and issues.
We are looking for Candidates who are fluent in French and English (written and spoken). We are focused on communication skills, ability to work in a team and knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office. Experience in the Support Center environment will be an asset.
