Job Description:

Managing internal Change Management process
Managing timelines regarding issue resolutions and change implementations
Cooperate with / manage 3rd Party suppliers
Cooperate with global and local support instances
Support implementation of MDC Concept in Engagements globally

Our Global Tools & Technology Team is looking for a creative, open-minded consultant who is deeply interested in new technologies, mobile solutions, cloud computing and opensource. Successful candidate will join MDC Team and will take an active part in developing and implementing an innovative and revolutionary Delivery Concept based on Thin Client infrastructure.

Candidate's profile:

Core skills:

IT related Education
Experience in managing 3rd Party suppliers
Experience in working on / administrating Linux (“Power User” level sufficient, expert level knowledge is a plus)
Coordination of multiple activities
Very Good command of English both written and verbal

Additional skills:

Basic / medium programming skills (JavaScript, GoogleScript)
Knowledge of general IT / BPO infrastructure and solutions is a plus
ITIL knowledge is a plus
Experience in application development
Background in local support
Experience in working in global, multicultural team
