Responsibilites
- Support the N-4 Line Business Manager (LBM)
- Make sure members of the department follow internal procedures, mainly covering the following topics:
- Time compliancy via OnePPM (timesheet submission, approval and monthly compliance reporting)
- Mandatory training compliance (tracking, chasing etc.)
- Travel approvals (Budget / Forecast reporting)
- Headcount / Hiring Pipeline
- Purchase Orders
- Financials (budget v Forecast analysis, allocations)
- Seating Targets
- Providing support to the LBM and the global MR IT management team in order to make sure Financials, Portfolio (headcount, workforce, projects) and Controls processes are running smoothly
- Headcount tracking, reporting is 70% of role and involves data maintenance, liaising with Hiring Managers & Project Managers
- Controlling Workforce Strategy
- Review Global TOM 2.0 (resources and roles performed over the next 3 years - forecast)
- Creation of all hiring requests
- Resource Allocations / Timesheet booking
- Ad-hoc hiring pipeline analysis
- Enforcing hiring principles
- Supporting the Business Management and Regional Management in all aspects of activities
- Creation of reports / PowerPoint presentations
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Participation in Management calls
- Preparation of Townhall material
- Clear and concise communication with all members of the department and management team
- Establish relationship with key external clients
- Act as department 'go to' person for a multitude of queries (system related, HC guidance, Policy validation)
- Assist Poland Regional Lead with ad-hoc tasks

Market Risk IT, as part of Risk & Finance IT department, supports the Market Risk Management group within the risk division, responsible for Market Risk Management, Scenario Analysis, Risk Consolidation, Risk Capital, Risk Based PnL and the quants responsible for risk measurement models and pricing model validation.
As part of this role you will get:
