Our client is fast growing, international Information Technology company that provides newest technology services to its clients.
The Managing Director (CTO) will be a member of the Corporate Board and a Director of Polish entity in Cracow. Current team comprises of top developers and testers with exeptional analitical skills and the passion for IT. Managing Director that we are looking for has a proven track record of successes in managing international IT company and participating in its highest growth. We are looking for a person with a passion for Information Technology and experience is building, developing and leading new IT Centers/ start- ups to success. Projects will range from developing corporate strategy and defining future business goals to growing the organisation by stable growth and developent of the team. This role offers significant exposure to top managment, board members and executives, and provides the opportunity to build a lasting executive network and deep industry expertise.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 15 years of management experience of IT or IT related environment. Experience in the Information Technology Industry is highly desired, Additional skills/experience will include strong communication skills and presence to engage with senior executives; a strong track record of outstanding performance with increasing levels of responsibilities; significant experience in people management, coaching and overseeing strategy engagements; The ability to travel accross Europe in a limited extend is desired. Strong leadership experience but also the ability to listen. Good sensitivity and respect for the new environment and ability to adopt. Top educational background (not necessairy in IT) is desired.
Fluent English and Polish are a must as well as a good understanding of Polish market and local culture.
Location is Cracow, Poland.
