Are you passionate about IT Operational readiness? Are you at your best when making sure that services are ready to be in production? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Develop and implement processes to ensure operability of services
- Liaise with project manager and solution designers to communicate technical readiness criteria requirements
- Create standard reports of technical readiness projects status maintaining transparency
- Engage appropriate Design and Management stakeholders and signees for the solutions in scope
- Chair process control and governance meetings
- Proactively identify operational readiness process improvement opportunities
Technology Mission Control drives process definition, standardization and implementation, delivers incident & problem management command and control and maintains production assurance and operation readiness.
As an IT Operations Readiness expert, you will have the opportunity to liaise with Project Managers and Solution designers and make sure that all important aspects of architecture, operations and compliance are taken into consideration before moving solutions to production. You will also be driving continuous improvement of the technical readiness criteria process.
