who will be part of global projects from the Commercial Banking business.
IT PMO Specialist / Associate Manager
Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Organize and take part in meetings concerning project activities
- Track, monitor, report project progress to Project Manager
- Managing costs and risks
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues
- Control changes
- Reporting on project RAG statuses
- Organizing project structure and documentation flow
- Assure adequate communication and timely Management Information to all project work streams
- Support governance of CMB UK projects by creating Clarity reporting, project demand vs supply etc
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships

Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
- Experience in Project Management methodology
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and proactively resolve problems
- Experience in MI Reporting, excellent analytical skills
- Awareness of Quality and Processes best practice techniques
- Excellent decision making, problem solving ability, readiness for process/project change
- Knowledge of Project Office or Clarity Workbench (nice to have)
- Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
- Experience in controlling quality within IT projects and quality assurance activities
- Good command of English
