DUTIES
- Daily schedulemanagement, including plan creation and quality maintenance at project orprogram level for multiple IT projects within one or more programs orportfolios in accordance with local scheduling and reporting policies
- Preparing and publishingprogram/ portfolio reporting
- Monitoring and managingprocesses like: Planning, Risk and Issue Management, Dependency Management,Quality Control, Program Communications and Administration
- Providing direction onthe best-practice use of MS Project
- Ensuring project and program management standards (processes and tools)are known and used across global IT portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working inproject/ programme management/ PMO within a corporate environment or relevantexperience working in IT field;
- Effective communicatorwith strong written and verbal English
- Advanced user of MSProject (knowledge of MSP is a must);
- Analytical and reportingskills;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive and eager tolearn;
- Self-starter able towork independently to deliver team objectives;
- Feels comfortableworking in a diverse global corporate environment;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel andVisio;
