Responsibilites
- Ensure timely and consistent execution of the problem management process
- Conduct Post Mortem workshops for critical business impacting problems
- Lead technology-aligned problem review forums
- Producing Data Quality Reports to address any missing information in problem records
- Collaborate with IT teams, Technology Leads and Key Stakeholder's on a daily basis

The primary objectives of Problem Management are to prevent IT Incidents and the resulting problems from occurring, to eliminate recurring problems and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented. Problem Management includes activities to identify, diagnose and remediate problem root causes and contributing factors.
As a Problem Manager, your role will be to support production stability by managing the lifecycle of problems, ensure adherence to the standard Problem Management process and contribute to stability reporting and analytics across IT globally.
- Problem Management team is providing service to Global Clients
- We have teams working in CH, US, Poland and Singapore
- Polish Team consist of 7 individuals providing services to dedicated Product Lines within the Bank
- PM Team is a part of newly created department : Service Operations Management (SOM) : including Incident Management , Process Governance , Major Incident Management & Knowledge Management
- We collaborate closely with various IT Departments and SM roles (such as: Continues Service Improvement , Change Management , Requests, Dev/App or Infra Teams)
