Job Description:
- Manage technology infrastructure transition projects and relationship between BPO business teams and client/internal IT teams
- Manage escalations

Oversee technology services provided to BPO deals
- Service management and reporting
- Cost management - technology cost budgeting, optimization, recovery and variance tracking
- Support quality program implementation
- Plan and manage business continuity tests
- Support external and internal audits
- Bachelor degree in informatics
- Proficiency in English
- At least 5 years of overall experience with IT infrastructure management/IT solutions/IT support
- Hands-on experience with network, voice, desktop and server infrastructure
- Proven experience with IT project management
- Broad experience with account management, customer relationship, business development and IT security basics
- Experience with technology solution design
- Excellent communication skills
