In this role you will be responsible for assisting project and programme managers in the following activities:
Program Planning: Clarity PPM tool knowledge for project plan structuring, scheduling, levelling, resource allocation and dependency tracking;
Financial management: MS Excel advanced and Clarity PPM tool knowledge for program expenditure tracking, reporting actuals and updating financial forecast;
Program Control: program risk and issue management, development and execution of the QA plan for the program;
Program Reporting: MS PowerPoint advanced for preparing steering committee presentations, developing program status/progress reports;
Communication Management: writing meeting minutes, meeting management and scheduling, managing SharePoint document repository.
3 years' experience in project management / project management office;
Excellent communication skills specifically with PMs/PMOs and IT engineers;
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and terminology (security, networking, data centers, telephony, etc.);
Fluent English (spoken and written) at least at C1 level;
Advanced MS Excel skills;
Advanced MS PowerPoint skills;
Experienced user of Clarity PPM;
Experienced of MS SharePoint at end user level;
Excellent process orientation with attention to detail;
Self-motivated and reliable team player;
Flexible and able to adapt to rapid change at short notice;
Analytical approach to problem solving
Nice to have:
Ability to manage conflict appropriately;
Persistence and assertiveness to bring actions to closure;
Project management qualification
