About our client
Our client is an international provider of operational full-service car leasing and fleet management. Due to continuous expansion of Polish operations, we are currently recruiting for the position of IT Project Manager. It is a role for business orientated specialists with experience in establishing SSC responsible for managing suppliers invoicing and customer billing processes. We are looking for business orientated individuals who are ready to grow into the SSC IT Manager role over time.
Job description
- Design and deploy new IT environment for accounting SSC
- Manage the integration of new services with existing systems
- Supervise the solution\'s compliance with business requirements
- Coordinate all IT teams and operations in front of the business
- Act as point of contact for functional managers and architects
- Deliver the established functional and technical requirements
- Work closely with vendors, consultancies and internal IT team
- Take responsibility over IT dedicated budget for service centre
- Manage the roll-out of new applications and further maintenance
Who we are looking for
- MSc in Computer Science or Business/Finance related
- Approximetly 5 years of project managment experience
- Experience in BPO in lease or financial services sector
- Experience in AP/AR, ECM, DMS, workflow applications
- Knowledge in billing and invoicing functional domains
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Open for 10% of business traveling mostly to France
- Fluent in English is a must, French is an advantage
