IT Project Manager
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Main responsibilities:
- Supervises build and delivery of appropriate IT Services and IT Solutions; all in relevance to the department"s practice expertise
- Ensures IT service/support of the relevant practice within organization supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule.
- Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT Services.
- Increases satisfaction with IT services by assessing expectations, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps.
Experience required:
- Above 5 years of project management experience
- Above 5 years workforce management experience
- Experience in working in virtual teams
- At least IS Project Management level 1 certification
- Vendor Management experience
- Knowledge of HR processes (talent management, acquisition, development, performance, appraisal, leadership development, etc.)
- Training and competency development experience
- Portfolio Planning knowledge
- Ability to manage relationships
- Very good Influencing, negotiation and communication skills
