IT Project Manager

Main responsibilities:
- Being responsible for large software development projects (usually 3-4 projects simultaneously). Project portfolio analysis and management
- Contacting with customer and all third party companies (weekly conference calls, reports, meetings, etc.)
- Conducting negotiations of the customer requirements and project scope, implementing functionality changes, scheduling and contracting terms with client and subcontractors
- Project Planning (Creation and delivery of Project Plan, Taking care of execution of tasks/ providing product on time, etc.)
- Cooperating with Sales Team during Customer Requirements Definition.
- Leading and supporting Software Team (3-6 members)
- Creating of Functional Requirements Specification
- Risk management
- Creating communication strategy
- Leading project using SCRUM Methodology (Using JIRA Agile for sprints/tasks/boards)
- Cooperating with Architects Team and Software Quality Assurance Team
- Supporting tests - organizing tests (UAT) and supporting testers in preparing test cases for my projects; checking test reports and managing bugs by evaluating their priorities and importance
Desired skills and experience:
- Fluent in English and Polish languages
- A Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent or demonstrated skills and/or related experience
- Experience as a project manager, team leader, technical project manager or similar
- Technical background as software developer/ tester will be a strong asset
- Problem-solving orientation and orientation on achieving results
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proven project management and leadership skills at the highest levels and in a wide variety of contexts
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and theory
- Excellent presentation skills, both regarding tools and techniques
- Ability to meet committed deadline
Good to have:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or (PRINCE2) strongly preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or (PRINCE2) strongly preferred
