We are looking for:
IT Project Manager
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Ownership, management and delivery of IT software projects.
- Project initiation including scoping, gathering of estimates, obtaining resources, production of product brief, production f project plan, ratification with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Project execution including: managing delivery against plan, plan maintenance, status reporting, management of risks and issues, change management, management of definition, design, construction and validation phases, implementation planning.
- Stakeholder management, team leading, issue resolution, metrics monitoring.
- Adherence to project management standards, CS policies and regulatory controls.
- Proactive involvement in process improvement.
Key technical skills:
- Educated to degree Level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Structured, methodical thinker.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Confident assertive and effective communicator.
- Team Player with strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Desired skills:
- Formal project management certification.
- Experience managing complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex multi-system test environments, including liaison with technical stakeholders such as DBAs.
- A technical background including an understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience in managing detailed team-wide financials, including budget forecasting, communicating & agreeing project costs with external stakeholders, daily financials management.
