We are currently searching for Project Manager to join our team to be responsible for managing the support development team working on new features and fix existing for one of the largest leaders of insurance industry. You will work within an international team, professional English is mandatory. You must have a strong management experience with IT technical background.

Job description
- Communicate with client, collect functional requirements, take care about good relations,
- Prepare project plan based on customer requirements and planned budget
- Ticket management and estimates with collaboration with other team members,
- Delivery planning,
- Jira administration,
- Team work organization,
- Testing of delivered features,
- Report your work to management about project progress, priorities, requirements,
- Report projects results and address critical obstacles to higher management and steering committee
- Ensure achievement project objectives in line with project AGILE methodologies
- Ensure effective and efficient utilization of project resources
- Maintain/update production related documentation
Requirements
- Experience in project leading
- Basic technical knowledge of technology concepts
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommends corresponding solutions
- Ability to prioritize, plan and monitor activities done by developers
- Ability to coordinate many tasks simultaneously
- Ability to influence on top management, effective negotiator
- Goal and customer orientation
- Good working knowledge of project methodology – Scrum
- Excellent business English (oral and written skills), other languages are an asset
- High communication skills and understanding of culture differences
