Responsibilites
- Taking responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from junior to lead level.
- Working in close collaboration with hiring managers.
- Managing a variety of vacancies, prioritization, multitasking.
- Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling.
Requirements
- Working as a recruiter at least for 3 years.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to persuade, to prove.
- Good organizational skills, self-motivating, flexibility, attention to details.
- Experience in IT recruitment is a plus (Java, С++, .NET developers, QA, Analysts, PM, etc.)
- Working in a recruiting agency is a plus.
