We currently have an opportunity for an individual to join Hays Talent Solutions Centre of Excellence in Krakow.
We are looking for: IT Recruitment Consultant with English
Working on this position you will be supporting recruitment processes for UK market in the IT Perm area. The main focus will be on the sourcing part: you will be responsible for building up a pool of new candidates from all over Europe interested in working in UK. Your primary task will consists of sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, also registration of the interview notes and correct data enrichment into our database. You will be working with and maintain the target lists, short listing a pool of candidates for a new vacancy.
We are looking for individual who has first recruitment experience; ideally in IT area, is well-organized, good team worker with excellent data management skills. As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, fluency in English is a must. Any other European language would be an asset. Ideal candidate is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
