Oversee and manage all IT recruitment operations
Deliver advanced services ( RPO) for IT blue chip Clients
Manage the team of Senior IT Professionals
Report to the Operational Director commercial results and share ideas to move the business forward
Mange the P&L
Recruit, induct, develop great teams with clear progression planning

About you
Be able demonstrate a successful career in the recruitment industry
Have the ability to inspire and lead a senior team
Have at least 2 years of experience as people/ project/ branch manager in service delivery environment
Proven sales performance
Adaptability and effective communicator at all levels
Fluent in English
