Lokalizacja: 100% zdalnie


 

Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialna/-y za:
  • bieżące wsparcie doświadczonych konsultantów przy realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska IT
  • pozyskiwanie kandydatów metodą direct search
  • redagowanie i publikacja ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych
  • umawianie spotkań rekrutacyjnych oraz weryfikacji technicznych
  • administrację bazą kandydatów i jej aktualizację
  • uczestniczenie w działaniach i projektach employer brandingowych
Wymagania:
  • wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów
  • zainteresowanie obszarem rekrutacji
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
  • dokładność oraz zaangażowanie
  • kreatywność oraz pozytywne nastawienie
  • łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów interpersonalnych
  • dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (min. B1)
  • mile widziane pierwsze doświadczenie w obszarze rekrutacji
