For our Client, a global production company with an office in Warsaw, we are currently looking for IT Security Access Coordinator.
The person on this position will be responsible for supporting end users from EMEIA region, spare parts delivery and providing them hardware and software problems’ diagnosis and resolution. Security Access Coordinator will also cooperate closely with IT Team.
Our Client is looking for a Candidate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience. The successful Candidate has hands-on experience with SAP and security systems. Person on this position must be able to ask in depth questions in order to understand what the user needs. Perfect Candidate can speak fluent English and German or French. Perfect Candidate has commercial experience in work with foreign languages.
