- IT Security & Risk management in Eastern Europe area, Head Office located in Poland.
- Update and supervision of the IT security policy compliance
- Implementation and compliance with PCI DSS in cooperation with IT experts and other departments
- Supervision over personal data protection
- IT Risk assessment
- Propose, supervise and implement IT Security best practices
- Compliance with safety requirements in various projects (On-premise, Cloud, GDPR)
- Ensure and supervise that IT mission critical services are operational and cooperate with different service lines for improvements.
- Active cooperation with AccorHotels Central Security and Risk Management departments
- Reporting directly to IT & Digital Services Director
- Higher education in the field of Information Technology
- Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Security (and IT Risk Management)
- Wide experience and comprehensive knowledge of IT Security related solutions
- Knowledge of Polish and EU regulations and standards for IT security
- Experience with industry recognized standards for IT security controls and best practices
- Process thinking and project management experience
- Recognized security certificate (CISSP, CISM, etc.) would be an advantage
- Work in a dynamic, international team
- Real influence on IT&DS Security strategy
