For our Client - IT Services Company, a part of international group - we are looking for candidate who will join the team as IT Security Coordinator.
Main scope of duties:
Main scope of duties:
- Developing and maintaining company's strategy and high-level goals
- Developing and maintaining department governance (including steering documents like instruction guidelines, procedures and services)
- Developing and maintaining operational IT security competences in the organization
- Managing and running security projects in relation to the implementation of IT services
- Coordinating operational reporting
- Planning and securing necessary resources for operational IT security
- Ensuring high-level performance by solving potential resource conflicts of interests
Requirements:
- Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT Security
- Experience in IT project management
- Strong leadership skills, applying a people oriented, participative and coaching style
- Analytical thinking and business sense, ability to see the bigger picture of a business/company situation
- Ability to take initiative to improve our daily work
- Willingness to business travels
